About

Josia Mfanasibili Magagula and joined the University of Zululand as a student in 2003. He is incredibly passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills he acquired in his training. He was a student assistant for various departments within the university including the Department of Communication Science and as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Information Science.

In 2008 he was appointed by the University of Zululand as a lecturer in the Department of Communication Science. He is interested in communication science because it is regarded as the fundamental tool to ensure viability in every organisation and for social life universally. His current study is based on what communication can do to ensure efficient delivery of information during graduate training in universities so that they are well skilled and employable in the working terrain.
