About
Isabel Rawlins has a background in Creative Writing and has published poetry in New Coin, Stanzas and Ja. magazine. Her main interest now is in ecocritical research and the ways in which literature represents human engagements with the environment. She is currently doing a PhD with the University of the Western Cape with a focus on southern African desert literature. She has presented at conferences locally in South Africa and in Perth, Australia.
