About
Ms Singh is a lecturer in the Department of Psychology within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Since graduating, she has worked in various academic institutions in both teaching and research capacities. At the University of Zululand, she teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
She has lectured on a wide range of modules, including Introduction to Psychology, Computer Literacy, Gender and HIV, Personality Psychology, Psychopathology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Research Methods, Ethics, and Biological Psychology. In addition, she has supervised several student research projects.
Ms Singh is a member of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Research and Ethics Committee. She has participated in numerous webinars, workshops, and conferences at both local and international levels. In her spare time, she engages in study groups with the Israeli Neuropsychoanalytic Society, focusing on the revision of Freud’s Project for a Scientific Psychology and the newly revised 2024 edition of Freud’s Standard Volumes.
