About

Ms Banikele Mashiyane joined the Faculty of Arts as the Faculty Officer in July 2020. She previously occupied the position of Secretary and Administration Officer at the Protective Services Department, University of Zululand a position she occupied from November 2012 to July 2020. Her current duties involved the Faculty general administration and assisting the office of the Dean with the general monitoring of academic programme matters such as Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Content, Curricula and changes approved by Faculty Board/Senate and implementation of rules. She is currently enrolled for a Master’s degree in Management Sciences in Administration and Information Management at the Durban University of Technology.
