About

Sipho Nkabinde teaches Linguistics in the Department of English. He joined the University of Zululand in 2011 having worked as a high school educator (rendering English & History) for years, in the deep rural schools of the province, KwaZulu-Natal.

• Linguistics and Modern languages,
• Sociocultural theories,
• Language policies and education.
