Nontyatyambo Pearl Dastile is a Ford Foundation Scholar, a Professor specializing in Criminology and a Director of Postgraduate Studies at Walter Sisulu University. She is a co-editor of the Routledge Handbook of Africana Criminologies (2020). She has taught in some South African universities and has been a visiting scholar at Rutgers University, Newark, USA.
