Qualifications:
MA (English) (University of Lodz Poland)
About
I was born in Lodz, Poland, to a family of academics, a trait that has been evidently passed on to me. I completed my education in Poland, with a Master’s in the English Language and Teaching, with accomponent minor in, among others, philosophy. This has later in my life, after arrival in South Africa in 1995, led to my switching disciplines and taking philosophy as my main field of academic enquiry. Apart from my academic qualifications, I am a qualified touch typist and PA. I have curriculum development, mentoring and facilitation skills.
I am also a longstanding copy-editor and proof-reader. I can call myself highly computer-literate, with good organisational and office skills and telephone manners. I pride myself in good people and managerial skills, friendly and helpful. Outside work, I enjoy listening to classical music, opera in particular and dabbling in photography
