About
Dr Vuyiswa Ndabayakhe obtained a Junior Secondary Teachers’ Certificate from Indumiso College of Education. She later enrolled at the former Rand Afrikaans University (RAU), where she completed a Diploma in Teaching, majoring in English and Biology. She subsequently pursued further studies at the University of Zululand (UNIZULU) and later earned her PhD in English from North-West University.
She is an academic and researcher who has taught English and Literature extensively beginning her career as a high school teacher before transitioning into higher education. She joined the Department of English in 2016. Her research interests include gender-related studies, and she has co-published several articles in this field.
