About

Dr Zikhali is the senior lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Zululand. She was appointed as a senior lecturer and started teaching Industrial Sociology in January 2015. She also serves as acting HoD when needed. She supervised a number of postgraduate students (PhD, MA and Honours). She is the SoTL (TAU) Fellow and she attended HERS-SA Academy. She serves in the Faculty of Arts Research Committee and Teaching and Learning Committee to mention a few. She also serves as the Faculty of Arts Transformation Forum representative.
