About

Dr Tshabalala is a senior lecturer and head of department of sociology at the university of Zululand. He has been a senior lecturer for 12 years. Dr Tshabalala is currently supervising 3 PhD students. One of the students will be graduating in 2020. Under Dr Tshabalala, the department of sociology has managed to have 8 accredited programmes. To date, he has served the university of Zululand for 30 continuous years. He is a member of the Faculty of Arts research teaching and learning committee.
